Let’s get flipped! Inversions are a fun and playful part of any yoga practice. And the good news: they come with huge health benefits AND they don’t have to be scary!
Join us for a workshop that will break down all the components of some of the most popular inversions, what you can do to condition for these poses, how to set yourself up for success in the pose as well as how to self care when you’re doing lots of inversion work.
