WITCHY WELLNESS: Self-Care Happy Hour ~ with Sonia Evens, Lacey Prpic Hedtke, Alison Mailander, and Portia Richardson

“Self-care” is more than a buzzword. It’s way more than treating yourself to the occasional bath or slice of chocolate cake. It’s about making conscious choices to build a connected, vital, magical life that you can call your own, doing the things that make you feel good on a daily basis: good-alive, good-grateful, good-awake.

Join us (on the eve of the Lunar New Year!) as we make a commitment to treating ourselves better in 2020, taking care of ourselves so we can keep giving back.

Join us (on the eve of the Spring Equinox/Ostara!) as we honor the transition from the inward-focused energy of winter to the vital, vibrant, light-filled energy of spring. We’ll be gathering in small groups for biofield attunement (a deep healing practice that combines sound and guided meditation), conversation, and a sampling of products and services to inspire and uplift us, physically, spiritually, and emotionally, including:

  • Group gentle ear and scalp acupuncture from Sonia Even
  • Group biofield attunement with Portia Richardson
  • 1:1 Astrology mini-sessions with Lacey Prpic Hedtke
  • Nibbles and booze-free drinks from Alison Mailander, who will be leading a conversation about how you can set up your space to support your own wellness rituals at home (just in time for spring-cleaning)

You’ll walk away with a Treat Bag full of treasures from our contributing practitioners, and that healthy buzz you only get from new experiences and good conversation with awesome folx you haven’t met yet!
